b) Help Desk Services
In the facility Management scope, the Help Desk is a resource provided at customer’s site, which acts as a central point for logging calls. The Help Desk logs, assigns & tracks the call until closure. The Help Desk also manages the support manpower resources available on site.
c) Asset Management Services
As a part of the suite of Facility Management Services, the customer can avail of IT inventory management services to keep track of IT infrastructure, the dates of purchase, warranty, warranty expiry period, annual maintenance contract duration, etc. this frees IT head from the tedious task of tracking the assets.
d) Network Management Services
