Job Profile
– Generate leads & Identify decision makers, and initiate the sales process.
– To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company’s products and services.
– To forward the product/service quotations and demonstrations as required by the customers.
– To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organisations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
– To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure the customer satisfaction.
– To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company’s payment terms.
– Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
– Knowledge and application of sales techniques based on ethical practices.
– Share your location on WhatsApp whenever visit to customer.
– Submit accurate daily, weekly, monthly – Funnel Report & Sales Records.
– Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.
– Help organization grow business in territory as per assigned monthly & yearly target and ensuring they are met.
– Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
